If I share a matter with someone, what can they see?

Only that single, specific matter. BeSorted uses strict, granular matter-by-matter sharing. Trusted collaborators (such as a partner or family member) never see your other matters, your resolution memories, or your personal account. Once the matter is sorted, their access ends automatically.

What happens when I contact a garage, landlord, or service provider?

Once you make the call or send the prepared message, the matter transitions into WAITING. It stays quietly off your mental load until the scheduled follow-up date. If they have not replied by then, BeSorted automatically brings it back to ACTION REQUIRED so you never have to remember to chase.

What happens to my data after the 30-day trial if I choose not to subscribe?

Your data is never deleted or held hostage. If you choose not to subscribe to the monthly (£5.99) or annual (£51.99) plan, you retain full read-only access to view and export your resolution history and documents at any time.

Is my personal data and document storage secure?

Yes. BeSorted is built on relational PostgreSQL with kernel-level Row Level Security (RLS) and authenticated private object storage. Your matters, notes, and uploaded attachments are strictly isolated to your authenticated account and are never shared, tracked, or sold.
